Why Would 12 Volt Accessory Circuit of 7-Way Short Out While Towing

On my ford 3/4 ton why does my 30amp fuse always burn up while Im pulling my trailer

You didn't say which fuse is burning up so it's hard to say. But most likely it's the 12 volt accessory circuit for the 7-way you have at the rear of your truck. Either the circuit is getting overloaded by the accessories you have wired to this circuit on your trailer or there is a short somewhere on this circuit that is causing the fuse to blow.

Check the circuit for cut or exposed wire and fix as necessary as that is most likely the problem. Another possibility is that corrosion on the connector is causing the problem.
