Tire Chains for Wide 315/75R16 Tires
Question:
Recommended chains for 315-75r16 tires

Expert Reply:
For your large 315/75R16 tires I recommend going with a set of chains that has square links. Square links offer the best traction in snow and ice as well as for off road applications (for applicable chains).
I recommend the Pewag chains # PWE3231SC. These chains not only offer square links and excellent traction but they are also reversible. If and when one side wears out you just flip them over and its like a whole new set of chains. I have linked a video review of these chains for you.
Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual for additional information on the use of tire chains.
