What Size Boat Trailer Frame will CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons Fit Around
Question:
Hello, I am interested in your 60inch Guide Ons, but I wanted to get with you guys first to make sure they will fit and are actually what I want. I have a 2008 Magic Tilt trailer with aluminum rails that are 3 inches across the top. It looks like there were guide rails on it before because there are 4 holes in the bottom flange of the rails. I can email a picture to you if needed. It carries a 2009 Carolina Skiff 198 Elite. Thank you for your help

The CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons # CE27640 may work great for your trailer, but there are a couple of measurements you will want to take.
The # CE27640 will install on your boat trailer with the included U-bolts and will not require drilling. In addition to the 3 inch width of your trailer rail, you will also want to know the height of the rail. The U-bolts that come with the guide-ons will fit frames up to 3 inches wide x 4-1/4 inches tall.
For trailer frames up to 5-1/4 inches tall, you will want the Extra-Long U-Bolt Kit # CE11416.
