If a trailer brake controller is installed in your 1995 Coachman Santara motorhome it should be visible somewhere on the dash since it has to be accessible when you're driving. If you are asking about the location of the connection port for a brake controller that will depend on the base vehicle the Santara is built on.
My research shows that the Santara series includes both Class A and Class C motor homes. There are 8 versions of the 1995 Class A Santara that include both Ford and Freightliner chassis. There are 6 versions of the 1995 Class C Santara, also with Ford or Freightliner chassis.
Since these are based on different platforms (different base vehicles) you'll want to confirm which you have and also what model year the base vehicle is. A 1995 model year MH could be built on a 1994 chassis so its important to confirm which base model and model year you have.
Once you determine that we can help you select and install a brake controller like the reliable and popular Prodigy P2 # 90885. If your installation requires hardwiring (quite likely) you'll need a 4-pole harness along with a brake controller install kit # ETBC7. Please refer to the linked article for more on brake controller installation.
