No Power to Hopkins Agility Brake Controller on a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500

what powers the factory harness under the dash. I have the Hopkins agility box and connector. I plugged it in and have no power to the box

If your 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 did not come with either a factory 4-Way or 7-Way connector then that could be why the brake controller is not powering on. In other words it is possible that even if the plug is present it might not be active.

It could also be a fuse that needs to either be installed or replaced. I can't find the 1999 Ram owner's manual online so check yours and/or the lid of the power distribution box to find the brake controller fuse location.

Also, for Hopkins brake controllers make sure you are using wiring harness # HM47755.
