Yes, you can replace a set of manual adjust brake assemblies with self-adjusting ones. You would just need to know the size of the brakes that you have now, the axle capacity, and what bolt pattern mounting flange it has so that you can pick out the correct assemblies.

Very common sizes are 10 by 2-1/4 inch and 12 by 2 inch. Once you know what size you have you can check out the link I attached that has all of the self-adjusting assemblies we offer.

I also attached a picture that shows you how to measure the drum of your trailer to pick out the correct hubs.
