The width outside to outside between the ears of the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 13112, is 36-7/8 inches. Trailer hitch dimensions are usually stated to within 1/8 inch one way or the other. This hitch is designed to fit on the 2006 - 2010 Mercury Mountaineer, and Ford Explorer All Models, except Sport Trac.
