Recommendation for Bike Rack that Will Tilt with Bikes Loaded for 2015 Toyota Highlander

I have a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited with a factory installed hitch. I want a fold away or tilt down rack that allows for opening of the rear hatch with 2 bikes loaded. What do you recommend?

We have a couple of hitch mount bike rack options that will carry 2 bikes and can be tilted away while the bikes are loaded. One option is the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Platform Rack # NV22G.
