Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2016 Subaru Outback Wagon with Draw-Tite

I just installed your Draw-Tite on a 2016 subaru outback, thanks for the vidio, now my question is on a sagman platform 2 bike rack will this need a extender for clearence, because the hitch sets back under the bumper ?

The Draw-Tite part # 75673 that you have installed on your 2016 Subaru Outback has a distance of 5-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole out to the furthest point out on the rear bumper.

The Swagman XTC part # S64670 that you referenced would fit easily as it has a distance of 8 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to the nearest wheel hoop. I attached a review video that shows this rack being demoed on a similar Outback as yours as well.
