Hopkins 7-Way/4-Pole Vehicle Socket # HM40975 is a replacement trailer connector for the 2015 Chevrolet Express 3500 Van that came with the factory tow package. Its installation consists of plugging in the round U.S. Car Connector that is located under your bumper to the receptacle on the rear side of the socket. We do not happen to have an install video showing your exact vehicle but the install will be the essentially the same as for the 2015 Chevrolet truck shown in the linked video.
