I am looking for a steering stabilizer kit for my 2007 Itasca Impulse 29T with a Chevy 300 hp v8 option. What do I need?

The correct steering stabilizer for your Workhorse P3500-based motor home that has the OEM dampener is Roadmaster's # RM-RSSCP30, which you referenced. It replaces the factory dampener. This unit installs on the steering mechanism on one end and to the chassis undercarriage on the other end. Installation time is about an hour with no drilling or welding needed.
