Front Mount Hitch Receiver and Oil Changes for a 2012 Toyota Tundra

Question:

do I need to remove the front mounted hitch or modify skid plate on a 2012 Toyota tundra during the oil change process? please send me some info on these issues and which model and make of mount would work out the best for a Toyota tundra , thank you

Customers have stated that in order to change the oil on a 2012 Toyota Tundra with front mount hitch # 31198 installed they have had to either leave off the skid plate or modify it to avoid having to take it and the hitch off every time the oil needs to be changed.

The other front receiver option that fits your truck, # 65080, requires removal of the skid plate so it would not be an issue unless you wanted to keep the ski plate..
