Does the Pollak Fifth Wheel 7-Way Install In Line with 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 4-way/7-Way
Question:
My 2015 Trailer connector in the bumper has two connections available - 4 way and 7 way in same connector. How does the 7 way PK11893-11932 only work with this 7 and 4 way connector? Can I remove the Pollack 7 way connector and reinstall the factory 7 and 4 way connector on to the pollack harness?

The Pollak part # PK11893-11932 would install in line with the 7-way portion of the trailer wiring you have at the rear of your 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500. If there is only one round connector at the back of the entire harness it would plug in line there. From there you would just need to install the 7-way of the kit in your truck bed where you would like it.
There would be no use for a 4-way in the bed of your truck so you would want to keep that at the rear of the truck. Since the 4-way and 7-way circuits at the rear of your truck are carried on the same wires the # PK11893-11932 wouldn't interfere with the 4-way from working.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
