For a custom fit Curt fifth wheel rail kit confirmed to fit your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a short bed you would want the Curt kit part # C16424-204. I attached an install video for this product as well.
If instead you are looking for a gooseneck hitch the Curt part # C60720 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit.
If you were looking for a way to be able to have a fifth wheel hitch and a gooseneck hitch installed in your truck you would need the B and W Turnover part # BWGNRK1111. This is a gooseneck hitch that allows the B and W Companion Slider hitch part # BWRVK3400 to be installed when a fifth wheel trailer needs to be towed.
For a 7-way to install in the bed of the truck you would want # C56070.
