I was confused on the size of the spindles on the axle. I was wondering the size of the spindle where the treaded part is thanks

The Axle part # T20BTR-EZ-6048 that you referenced has the BTR spindles on them which have the following dimensions:
1.00 inch for the threaded portion
1.06 for the inner bearing surface
1.06 for the outer bearing surface
1.50 for the seal inner diameter surface
