The RBW Lil' Rocker is compatible with industry standard rails, but you'll need to make sure the side to side and front to back spacing of the slots are compatible. If the slots are about 20-1/2 inches apart side to side (measured from the center to the center) and about 22 inches apart measured front to back, the M5 Series, part # RP30928, would work great with your existing rails. I've provided a photo showing the dimensions I mentioned above.
The hitch should fit without needing to modify anything, but I'd play it safe and take a quick measurement.
To provide a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, I'd recommend the # 41157 wiring harness. I've linked to a video showing the harness being installed on a 2013 Silverado. The install would be identical on your truck.
