We can help you determine if the Curt # C55312 T harness will fit your 1986 Chevrolet K30 military CUCV pickup. If you review the linked photo of these harness' connectors you'll see what you're looking for on the truck. The connector you want to find has a square cross-section and should be located along the driver's side frame rail.
If you truck has no connectors on the frame rail you can still wire in a universal-fit 4-pole harness like # 18252. This kit includes a circuit tester to allow you to identify wire functions. An installation video for this item is linked as well.
