Expert Reply:
The Fulton Weld-On Jack Mounting Bracket # F500277 is made of steel, as is the included hardware that mounts the jack to the plate. The plate has a tough "shark skin" finish to resist corrosion and works with Fulton F2 swing-up jacks with 3 x 4-inch mounting systems such as part # F1413100334.
