Camper Tie Down Recommendation for a 1998 Dodge Ram 3500
Question:
Would the stake pockets fit a 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 truck box. The pockets are 2-1/2inch X 1-1/2inch by 6inch deep. If so would I be able to purchase six 6 of the stakes pocket inserts. Thanks

The portion of the Camper Tie Down part # TDSF that inserts into the stake pocket of the truck measures 1-7/8 inches wide by 1-5/8 inches deep. Based on the dimensions you listed they wouldn't fit as they would be 1/8 of an inch too deep.
A better option would then be the Camper Hold Downs, # HSSF. I attached a picture that shows how these will look when installed. You will also need the hardware kit part # TDHP.
You should only need 4 of these to secure your camper. These are only sold in a quantity of 4.
