I have a 2004 ford f 350 super duty an I was given a rbw lil rocker 5th wheel hitch. I need a set of rails to install on my pickup

For a set of fifth wheel install rails that will work well with the RBW Lil Rocker you have two options.
You can go with a custom install rail kit like part # RP50082-58 which will minimize drilling and will offer a much easier install.
Or, you can go with a universal install kit like part # RP30035 which will be a bit more difficult to install at a lower price.
