Can the Swagman XC Bike Rack Accommodate Bike with Slanted Top Tubes
Question:
Hello, I am considering this bike rack for my 2012 Honda Fit Sport. 2 questions: 1. My bike, a Corsa Mixtie, has a slightly unusual frame, and I wonder if the bike racks bike frame hook will work on my bike. You can see the middle rod is actually 2 bars and they slant down, kind of like a girls bike. 2. Does this bike rack fit my car model, given that it is the Sport model? I think it sits a little lower to the ground than a regular Fit. Many thanks!

I pulled up a couple pictures of your bike online and found that for the most part your bike has just a slightly slanted top tube that is somewhat similar to a womans bike. The Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650 would have no problem being used with your bike. The hook of the bike would simply come down and attach to the slanted top tube and the wheel hoops of the rack would prevent the bike from sliding forward or back.
You will need a hitch on your 2012 Honda Fit Sport and the Eco-Hitch part # 306-X7286 has been confirmed as a fit for all models so it would work great for you.
