Brake Controller Install Harness and Location on a 2012 Ram 1500

Location of brake controller connection on 2012dodge ram 1500. Also, proper connection interface for this vehicle and aprimus iq brake controller

Expert Reply:
To install the Primus IQ Brake Controller part # TK90160 in your 2012 Ram 1500 will require the use of the install harness part # 3021-P.
The harness will be located underneath the dash and left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. There will be a 4-pin connector that mates with the one on the adapter.
