For the left hand side brakes, you will want to use the 12 Inch Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Assembly for 6K Axles - LH # 23-458. The right-hand side brake assemblies is part # 23-459. These self-adjusting brakes have a weight capacity of 2,000 pounds and fit 12 inch x 2 inch drums.
For a replacement drum, you will want to use # 8-201-5UC3 if you have standard spindles and # 8-201-5UC3-EZ if you have EZ Lube spindles. The grease seal that comes with these hubs has a smaller inner diameter than your existing seal. For the # 8-201-5UC3 hub, you will want to use # GS-2250DL for a grease seal. For the EZ Lube # 8-201-5UC3-EZ hub, you will want to use # RG06-070 for a grease seal, which is only sold in pairs.
