Where Does a Brake Controller Plug Into on a 2003 Ford E-Series Van Chassis
Question:
Where is the factory brake controller plug for a 2003 Ford E -350 van chassis? My 2004 Gulf Stream B Touring is built on a 2003 Ford E-350 chassis which has two plugs under the dash on the left hand side . It came equipped with a 4 flat trailer connection and I have installed a 7 way connector for a car hauling trailer. I have run the additional wiring and circuit breaker as instructed but I want to make sure the controller adapter cable is plugged into the correct factory harness.

The P2 brake controller # 90885 will plug into a receptacle located to the left of the brake pedal and behind the emergency brake pedal on a 2003 Ford E-series van. I have linked a video that should help. It is the same installation as your 2003 since extra wire had to be ran but the harness, # 3035-P is still used.
