I took a sample of Redline Replacement Handle Latch # 158-102 from our warehouse and measured it to determine how wide a handle will fit. The opening measures 1-1/2-inches, as shown on the linked photo. Usually this item will be used with a handle that is 1-1/4-inches wide, such as part # 158-100.
