Recommended Spacer For 2007 Toyota Tundra With Timbren Suspension Enhancement System

2007 Tundra installed Timbrens, unloaded still have 1 1/2 inch clearance to frame. loaded with 5th wheel still have about 1/2 or a little more clearance. should I add 1/2inch or 1inch spacer to each side. Thanks

Per the installation instructions for Timbren Suspension, part # TTORTUN4, you should have between 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches of clearance between the rubber spring and the contact point when empty. It sounds like you are at the upper part of that.

I recommend using a 1/2 inch spacer like part # TA25722-90P00 since you said you are very close to 1/2 inch when your fifth wheel is loaded. This would eliminate the gap you have with the trailer and still not affect the empty ride.
