The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31068 that you referenced doesn't require any additional parts for installation. The hitch comes with a hardware kit and installation instructions.
The front mount hitch can be used to carry a variety of accessories such as winch plates or snow plows. If you'd like to let me know what you're interested in using the hitch for I'd be happy to make a recommendation for you.
I have attached an installation video of this hitch on a 2014 F-150.
