Relay Needed for Installing Aftermarket Tow Package on 2006 Nissan Pathfinder
Question:
I watched your youtube videa on installing a brake controller on a Nissan 2011 Pathfinder. I have a Nissan 2006 Pathfinder and am attempting to replicate the video, but I cant find one of the parts listed on the video. Also, do you know for sure if that relay is required for the 2006? The relays are labeled in the lid of the relay box and the two existing ones are listed as tow brakes but the 3rd empty slot has a different label. Thank you

For the relay, you will want to use the Curt Relay Kit for Nissan Aftermarket Tow Package # C57000. The blue relays included in the # C57000 kit activate the turn signals and the brown relay activates the 12-volt power circuit.
You will need the relay for your 2006 Nissan Pathfinder if it did not come equipped with a factory tow package.
