Should All Tires on Trailer Have Same Load Rating
Question:
Hi,my name Irwan and my question is can I change my trailer tire with size ST205/75R-14 only 1 tire,so the other 3 tire still ST205/75D-14

The two tires sizes you mentioned are the same. The R indicates that the tire is a radial, the D in the other tire size indicates that it's a load range D tire.
You'll want to make sure that all 4 tires are the same size, construction and load range.
