How Visible is Draw-Tite Class I Hitch Installed on 2007 BMW 328i Sedan
Question:
I see that the hitch recommendation for BMW 328i 4 D Sedan is drawtight. Wasn't there a Hidden Hitch? Please confirm both models are hidden from view including the drawtight? Flush with the bumper and not protruding past bumper??

Hidden Hitch was a brand name that's now defunct, not a description of how visible the hitch is or isn't. Luckily enough, in this case, the hitch crossbar is well concealed behind the bumper fascia so that the only visible portion of the hitch from the rear would be the receiver opening and the safety chain loops, as you can see in the diagram I've provided.
Hidden Hitch and Draw-Tite are manufactured by the same parent company, Horizon Global. The hitches are identical with the exception of the brand sticker on them. The only difference between the two is that the Hidden Hitch 60273 (no longer available) includes a ball mount and a pin and clip, where the Draw-Tite # 24857 does not.
If you will be towing, you will also need a ball mount, trailer wiring harness # C59236 and a trailer ball like # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball.
