Could the Spare Tire Carrier # 413200 Mount to a Truck Bed
Question:
I have a 96 Nissan pick up ex short bed 4 cylinder with 17 inch wheels. What I want to know is if i could mount this to my bed and how much steel I have too holes for bolts. Also will it fit a 17 inch tire?

The Spare Tire Carrier # 413200 that you referenced could be installed onto a truck bed if you were willing to modify the bed and carrier to allow it to happen.
As long as the wheel has a 5,6 or 8 bolt pattern this will attach easily to your 17 inch rim.
