Adding Roller Bunks to a Boat Trailer to Help Center Boat when Loading onto Trailer

Question:

Im thinking of using this product to help guide my boat centered on my trailer. What I need to know are the depth dimensions from the leading front edge to the bottom of the bracket? I have too much space on each side of the boat which makes it difficult keeping the boat centered when loading. Im open to any suggestions.

From the top of a roller to the bottom of the bracket on roller bunks # DL21740 it is approximately 2-7/8 inches. These roller bunk can be attached directly to wooden bunks or you could use brackets # DL21742 which has slotted mounting holes so you can adjust the position of the roller bunks.

Two brackets are needed per roller bunk so 4 would be needed for # DL21740. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
