How is Rise or Drop Measured for a High Low Adapter for Flat Towing a Vehicle Behind a Motor Home

I am trying to confirm if I have a 2 or 4 inch BlueOX receiver the pn is worn off. How should I measure this. The piece of metal between the top and bottom part is 2 inches

We measure rise or drop on high low adapters from the center of the shank that fits into the trailer hitch receiver opening up or down to the center of the receiver opening on the adapter. I have included a picture that shows this on 4 inch rise/drop adapter # RM-048-4.
