The Husky Liners Mudflaps # HL59111 and # HL58111 are designed to fit the Summit trim level of the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee which is the highest trim level. The SRT version of the Grand Cherokee is basically the same as the Summit with a larger 6.4 liter engine.
Since we have had customer report back that they were able to get these flaps to fit their non-Summit Grand Cherokees by adding an additional hole to them I can assure you these would work for you.
