Could the Hopkins Level+Plus Trailer Level be Mounted to a Trailer Using Double-Sided Tape

could this be 2 sided tape installed instead of screws?

Technically, yes, you could use double-sided tape to mount the Hopkins trailer level, # HM05515, to a surface. But you will want to consider that it will be exposed to the elements that could result in the loss of the level at some point. Or it could shift a little due to the impermanent nature of tape compared to screws. That would throw off the accuracy.
