Brakerite EHB Actuator Recommendation for Trailer with One Bleeder for All Calipers

Question:

have Brakerite actuator with disc brakes, UFP 12inch rotors and DB-35 calipers on 5200lb torsion axles-7,000lb boat my question the new trailer I have has the brake lines going in one caliper then out the top of that caliper to the next caliper, then the next one and so onending with a single bleeder only on the top of the 4th caliper- does this work with my system or should it be re-plumbed to have a bleeder on each caliper like most trailers are done... have had problems with brake pads breaking and falling apartpads separated from backing plate and crumbled-all 4 wheels did it within 2 months of each other after 2.5 years old and only about 4000 total miles-pads got hot or bad pads or maybe some salt water did something-trying to track down what may have caused the pad failuremaybe I run the actuator to high-doesnt act like it when I brake

As long as you can effectively bleed the brakes of the disc brakes on your trailer the Titan BrakeRite EHB part # T4813102 that you referenced would work just fine. What you have is an uncommon setup, but as long as they are trailer disc brakes that are designed for 1,500 psi this actuator would work just fine. You would just need to bleed your entire system through the one bleeder.

Saltwater can be pretty damaging to metal parts, without knowing anything else about your setup it wouldn't surprise me if the problem was saltwater exposure.
