Skid Wheel Recommendation for 5th Wheel Camper 33 Feet Long

Question:

I need a set of wheels for a 33foot fifth wheel camper that has a 4inch square bumper that I would like to bolt these to. In your q and a on several products, you recommend the UF48-979015. But the specs show it will fit 2 1/2inch and 3 1/2inch square tubes, but not the 4. Im not worried about bolt length, as they can always be replaced, but the wheel bolt pattern needs to be large enough for a 4inch square tube. What to you have that would fit? Thanks

Skid wheels are not designed to be attached the to bumper. The are intended to be installed on the frame or the hitch. Generally, the bumper isn't capable of handling the force applied by the skid wheels when they bottom-out.

For your 5th wheel trailer, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels # UF48-979012. These skid wheels are designed for RV's up to 34 feet long. These skid wheels come with brackets that weld to the trailer, and then the skid wheels are bolted to the brackets.

The skid wheels you referenced, # UF48-979015 are designed to bolt around the square hitch bar on RV's that are up to 30 feet long.
