I recommend the Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler - Adjustable - Square # BD0289600300. This gooseneck coupler includes the inner tube, outer tube, and coupler, and has a weight capacity of 25,000 pounds. It also fits a 2-5/16 gooseneck ball. The coupler has a retracted height of 32 inches and an extended height of 40 inches. The outer tube diameter is 4-1/2 inches and the inner tube is 4 inches.
If you only need the inner tube and coupler, you can use the Bulldog Square Tube Gooseneck Coupler, Inner Tube Only # BD0288660300. This also has a weight capacity of 25,000 pounds. The outer diameter of the tube is 4 inches.
