Does the 2 wheel to dolly require a registration and a number plate?

The Roadmaster tow dolly # RM-2050-1 does have a license plate bracket but the rules for what needs to be licensed and registered is going to depend on the state you are in. You will need to call your local DMV to inquire. Most likely it will NOT have to be licensed and registered like a trailer.
