Tongue weight is the important factor when choosing a weight distribution system. Based on my research, the 2015 Rockwood Windjammer 3025W has a gross weight of 9,050 pounds and a tongue weight of 971 pounds. I recommend double checking to make sure this is correct for your trailer's tongue weight. I have attached a help article on finding tongue weight for you.
For your trailer, I recommend the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System with Sway Control # RP66084. Reese's # RP66084 is rated for use with tongue weights between 600 and 1,200 pounds. This system features trunnion style bars, dual sway-control cams, and includes an adjustable shank. The # RP66074 system that you referenced does not include a shank.
The trunnion style bars will provide you with greater ground clearance over round style bars. Tension on the spring bars is adjustable by using a different link in the lift chain. This system does require a hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank, like # A-90 with a 2 inch diameter ball or # 19286 with a 2-5/46 inch diameter ball. I have attached a review video of this system and an installation video of the round bar version of this system for you.
