Replacement Brake Assemblies that Use 5 Hole Round Brake Mounting Flange

I want to put new brakes on my trailer, I took off the old ones. But my brake flange is round not square with 5 holes not 4 how can I make the brake hub fit it? thanks

It sounds to me like your trailer uses a brake mounting flange like part # 4-44-1. This has a bolt pattern of 5 on 3-7/8 inch and is used with 3 inch axles.

If this is the case you could use 12 Inch Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Assembly for 6,000 LB Axle, # 23-458 for left hand side and # 23-459 for right hand. I have attached a link to the other brake assembly options as well.
