Compatibility of Reese # RP30156 Under Bed Rail Adapter on 2015 Ford F250 With Tow/Prep Package

Am I correct in that my 2015 F250 pickup with factory installed under bed rails will need the Reese # 30051 hitch and Adapter #RP30156 to complete my truck 5th wheel installation?

You're correct. The # RP30156 adapter will install into the pucks provided by the under bed factory tow/prep package. The adapter will provide above bed rails for the # RP30051 to attach.
Rather than the # RP30051, I'd recommend the # RP30075. The RP30075 utilizes a round tube design instead of a square tube design which will provide a much more smooth transition when sliding.
If you need to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you can do so using part # 41157. I've linked you to an install video.
