It probably wouldn't work. Jayco used a proprietary harness that most likely wouldn't fit.

The 6 pole square harness is pretty much obsolete at this point, your best bet would be to cut it off and replace it with a more common trailer connector. In the photo, it looks like there's only 4 wires on the wiring harness. If that's the case, you could just use # 18004.

If the wiring harness has 6 or 7 wires, I'd recommend using a 7-way connector like part # A7WCB, as it's what's most commonly found on medium to large trucks and SUV's.

Since wire color codes aren't always consistent, we recommend wiring by function, not wire color. The easiest way to determine which wire serves which function is to use a car battery or 12 volt power source, attach the white trailer wire to the negative battery terminal and apply power to each circuit. Once you identify what each wire does, wire it to the 7-way or 4-pole connector as shown in the trailer wiring FAQ article I've linked for you.
