Base Rails and Installation Kit Needed for Fifth Wheel Hitch in 2015 Ram 2500

Question:

I have a 2015 Dodge 2500 with a short bed. I have a husky 26k slider 5th wheel hitch, what installation kit do I need to install this hitch in this truck? I have hitch only, need brackets and rails. Thank you

Any standard 5th wheel hitch like yours will work with industry standard above bed base rails. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit # RP56009-53 will work well for you.

The custom installation kit will bolt to pre-existing holes the frame of your 2015 Ram 2500, and the outboard brackets will allow installation to be much easier than more traditional inboard installation brackets.

If you need an in-bed wiring harness and trailer connector for your pickup, you can use the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness # 41157 for your 2015 Ram 2500.
