Can I drill this unit to convert to a Bolt-On? Vs a Weld on installation I am replacing on a 3500lb trailer application Thank you part # PSE338050303

Ideally you would weld on the Pro Series Coupler part # PSE338050303 that you referenced. If you went with this coupler I would strongly recommend you have a qualified welder install it.
For an A-frame coupler designed to be bolted on you would want the part # DM14793-52.
