When a tire is wearing just on the inside tread that means that either the trailer is overloaded or something is worn out or not aligned properly in the suspension system.
If the trailer was overloaded then both of the front tires would be wearing about the same. Since you have the issue just on one side it could be that too much weight is on that side or there is a different problem.
You can inspect the suspension and if there are any obvious signs of wear such as bent or broken pieces or egg-shaped holes instead of round then fixing those things could solve the problem.
If the suspension is in good shape then it could be a bent spindle. There isn't really an easy fix for this so the best solution in that scenario is to replace the axle. I have linked the axles we carry but we have only the most popular sizes. If none match what you need then you would need to visit a trailer supply store and order one based on your specifications.
