Will Rear Vallance Need to be Trimmed to Install a Trailer Hitch on a 2009 Ford Escape 4x4

on a 2009 ford escape 4x4 non hybrid, does the 70758 hitch fit below the valance or through it.

The Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 75751, receiver opening will be below the rear bumper, fascia, valance, when installed. There is no cutting or trimming of those rear components to install this hitch.
