If you have a roof rack installed on your 2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen then you just need to measure the distance between the front crossbar and the back crossbar. If the distance is between 20 inches and 37 inches, then the Thule Canyon XT # TH859XT would be a great fit for you.
