We have a couple of axles that may work for you, # 20440I-ST-60 or # 20440I-EZ-60. These axles are 60 inches long, hub face to hub face, and 48 inches spring center to spring center. You will want to double check the spring seat measurement and if it is actually closer to 48 inches then either of these axles will work. Otherwise the spring seats would have to be removed and welded back on at the proper spacing by a qualified professional welder.

Both axles come with idler hubs with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. The difference is that 20440I-EZ-60 has EZ Lube spindles and a 2,000 pound capacity while 20440I-ST-60 has regular spindles with the same capacity. I have linked video reviews of both axles for you.

I have a Spartan boat trailer. Spring center to spring center is 49”, and hub face to hub face is 58”. Square tube axle, and spring center is 49” on top of axle. Recomendations?

The closest option we have is the CE Smith # CE33201GA (or part # CE33201GA-HUB which includes the hub assemblies). This 1.8K galvanized, square tube axle features a hub face length of 57-1/2" and a spring seat length of 46-1/2". The hub length difference shouldn't be an issue but you'll likely have to weld on new spring seats if you choose to go this route. Otherwise our next best solution would be an Axle-Less system, which I have linked below.
