Timbren Axle-Less System Recommendation for a Small Utility Trailer
Question:
I have a small utility trailer that I need to get an axle, wheel and tires and U-bolts for. The old tires are 4.80-8. The axle is 38.5inch long and 30inch between the hub faces. The measurement between the leaf springs is 26. The trailer is 74inch long and 45inch wide. It is pulled behind a 4 wheeler on the property and doesnt go on public roads. Would you be able to provide the parts I need? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
What we offer that would work well for your utility trailer is a Timbren Axle-Less system like the # A20RS545 that comes with hubs that are 5 on 4-1/2 inch.
For a wheel and tire combo that would match the trailer tire size you have and the bolt pattern of the Timbren you would want the # AM30060.
If you wanted a traditional style axle you would have to contact a local trailer shop that can order you in custom axles as we do not have ones that would fit it. The Timbren would be the only option we have.
